What this planner deliberately does not guess

User activity

Nextcloud memory and CPU demand varies with users, apps, file activity and enabled features. Storage size alone cannot predict server performance.

RAID capacity

Mirroring and parity reduce usable disk capacity in different ways. Compare the live-storage target with the usable capacity of your actual storage layout.

Backup technology

Full copies are easy to reason about, but many backup systems use snapshots, compression, incremental history or deduplication.
